What will your role involve?
- administrative, organisational and financial management of construction projects at all stages, with an emphasis on quality and meeting deadlines
- regular monitoring of costs and revenues for assigned projects
- monitoring compliance with contractual terms, the quality management system and health and safety, fire safety and environmental protection regulations
- you will be responsible for completing the construction project by the required deadline, whilst adhering to all quality and health and safety standards
- co-operating with the client and other parties involved in the construction project
- carrying out other tasks as required and instructed by your line manager
What will we expect from you?
- You have completed secondary or higher education in a technical field
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in the field
- You have basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word), knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
- knowledge of English or German is an advantage
- you hold a Category B driving licence
