Project Implementation & Project Management

When carrying out projects, we offer our clients an experienced, highly skilled team of professionals with many years’ experience of projects not only inthe Czech Republic but also abroad.

We provide project management teams for all the contracts we undertake, ranging from project managers and specialist site managers to foremen and lead fitters.

The project manager is responsible for coordinating our work with the client’s requirements and for the financial outcome of the contract.

The site manager is responsible for coordinating our various trades, both internally within SPIE BTA Czechia s.r.o. , as well as externally with contractors from other trades; and, last but not least, is responsible for ensuring the work is carried out in accordance with the project documentation received.

The foreman/chief fitter is responsible for the quality of our work and for coordinating the various trades directly on site.

The entire project team always ensures the high quality of the work and guarantees that all our activities comply with the highest health and safety standards and that the deadlines for our projects are met in accordance with the current schedule.
