Service Operations & Technical Maintenance of Buildings

SPIE BTA Czechia s.r.o.  offers its customers servicing and technical maintenance of ventilation and air-conditioning systems, cooling, heating, sanitary installations, natural gas distribution systems, fixed fire-extinguishing systems, industrial compressed air and technical gas distribution systems, measurement and control systems including BMS neither security system and automation, and high- and low-voltage installations including transformer stations and LV, MV and HV substations.

We offer both warranty and post-warranty servicing, for systems we have installed ourselves as well as those installed by other companies. Servicing can be either regular or one-off.

We also offer our clients the option of signing a contract with us for the technical maintenance of their premises including NON-STOP service hot-line. Under this contract, we look after all technical equipment installed in the building in question. We also offer technical facility management services, which can also fulfil the role of a ‘caretaker’.

For specialized projects, we deploy experts holding NBU personal security clearances at levels D (Confidential) to T (Secret).
