Measurement and Control & BMS

SPIE BTA Czechia s.r.o. is a supplier of measurement and control (MaR) systems, including building management systems (BMS), for all types of buildings.

We offer the supply and installation of MaR distribution boards, the supply of MaR switchboards, MaR control systems including their programming, MaR cable distribution and, last but not least, MaR end-use components such as temperature, pressure and humidity sensors, actuators for terminal and control elements of mechanical installations, thermostats, pressure switches and terminal controllers, ensuring the client’s comfort within the serviced area.

All the systems we supply are integrated into a functional whole and displayed in the overarching BMS (Building Management System). This system can integrate and display not only MaR systems, but also the building’s low-voltage systems (security and fire alarm systems), furthermore, it can transmit information from high-voltage equipment, such as transformer stations or high-, medium- or low-voltage substations, lighting systems and, last but not least, integrate all energy metering systems and their analysis.
