Supplier and Subcontractor Charter

At SPIE, we believe that responsible business conduct is built on mutual respect, ethical behavior, and adherence to high standards in the areas of human rights, working conditions, health and safety, and environmental protection. Our expectations towards suppliers and subcontractors are set out in the Supplier and Subcontractor Charter, which is based on the principles of the UN Global Compact, OECD Guidelines, and International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions.

The Charter establishes the fundamental principles of cooperation, promotes equal treatment, non-discrimination, anti-corruption measures, and responsible practices throughout the supply chain. It applies to all SPIE business partners and forms an integral part of our commitment to sustainable and transparent business operations.
