SPIE BTA Czechia s.r.o. is a supplier of both high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installations for all types of buildings, including industrial plants.

Modern buildings contain a considerable number of seemingly autonomous units. Each building has its own boiler room or heat exchange station and heating system, as well as an electrical substation, an electricity supply system and an artificial lighting system. Many modern buildings are equipped with a cooling source and a cooling system. Security systems are installed in buildings, and high demands are placed on connectivity to internal networks and the internet, including resources for the efficient management of the building’s overall costs.
The concept of a smart building views the building as a single technological entity, whose systems work together to provide the required comfort for users whilst keeping operating costs as low as possible. This is achieved by integrating all systems into a functional whole, supported by a central Building Management System (BMS).
