What will your role involve?
- handling and resolving complaints, including managing all related paperwork in both paper and electronic formats
- assessing the technical validity of customer complaints
- preparing documentation for complaints, maintaining records and relevant reports
- identifying faults in equipment and systems, and determining their causes
- communicating with customers and service providers, and providing feedback

What will we expect from you?
- Secondary school / vocational school with a technical focus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to analyse a situation, propose and implement change
- a proactive approach to work
- ideally, experience in handling customer complaints
- a Category B driving licence would be an advantage
