What will your role involve?
- ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the accounts for the assigned areas
- adherence to internal accounting methodologies and SPIE Group rules
- assisting with monthly and annual financial closings
- being responsible for the accuracy of accounting data included in reports (Balance Sheet/Profit and Loss, Work in Progress, advance payments, receivables, payables)
- responsibility for providing supporting documents to auditors, supervisory bodies and project managers
- responsibility for the proper handling of company assets and internal data
What will we expect from you?
- Secondary school or university degree in economics
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role (experience in the construction sector or a project-oriented company is an advantage)
- Knowledge of Czech accounting standards and principles
- Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP (an advantage)
- Ability to work with ERP systems (experience with Helios an advantage)
- Knowledge of project accounting and WIP (work in progress)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Systematic and analytical thinking
