What will your role involve?
- planning material deliveries and assembly machinery
- organising the assembly process and coordinating trades in accordance with the project documentation and construction schedule
- overseeing technical compliance and the quality of the work carried out
- assisting with the preparation of construction documentation (construction log, subcontractor documentation)
- managing changes and preparing supporting documents for as-built documentation
- monitoring compliance with contractual terms, the quality management system and health and safety, fire safety and environmental protection regulations
- carrying out other tasks as required and instructed by your line manager

What will we expect from you?
- at least a vocational qualification in one of the building services engineering disciplines
- at least 4 years’ experience in the field, including at least 2 years in a similar role
- familiarity with project documentation and organisational skills
- flexibility and a strong work ethic
- Category B driving licence
