What your role will involve:
- collaborating on procurement processes
- providing administrative support for processes relating to tendering and contract award procedures
- issuing purchase orders and checking invoices
- assisting with requests for quotations
- communicating with suppliers
- assisting with the handling of complaints regarding purchased equipment, materials and services
- working with internal systems and databases (Helios)
What we expect from you:
- Secondary school or university education (a technical background would be an advantage)
- an interest in procurement and a willingness to learn
- very good computer skills, MS Office, particularly Excel
- communication skills and a proactive approach
- ability to work as part of a team
- systematic and analytical thinking
