What will your role involve?
- communicating with customers of the service department
- preparing, planning and coordinating service tasks for service engineers
- diagnosing faults in technical equipment, including preparing documentation for the costing department
- preparing documentation and managing small-scale building projects in the field of building services engineering, coordinating the activities of subcontractors
- monitoring costs and revenues, preparing documentation for invoicing
- identifying business opportunities
What will we expect from you?
- Secondary school / university degree in the relevant field
- professional experience in the field, ideally 5 years
- basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Category B driving licence (active driver)
- organisational and communication skills
- independence, responsibility, reliability
- systematic and analytical thinking
